February 2nd 2013 was Groundhog's day!  After a week long discussion, we made our predictions... and the popular Punxsutaney Phil groundhog was not scared off by a shadow -- an early spring, we hope it will be!

Groundhog Day is this Thursday, February 2nd. It is said that if Punxsutawney Phil, the groundhog, sees his shadow, then there will be 6 more weeks of winter weather. If he does not see his shadow, then we are in for an early spring.
